olive626 Lisa, thanks so much for purchasing the earrings, but I feel your low rating is very unfair, especially after giving you a nice discount on an already discounted item. The earrings being “stiff” is a design feature by the manufacturer, which is not relevant to my rating as a seller. Timely shipping, misrepresenting my item, or other issues would be a reason for a low rating. As a newish PM member, I take great care to represent my items honestly.
