@lisapn76 you realize I shipped your Jeffree Star mini lipstick the very next day. I can’t control the usps system or when Poshmark updates the tracking. The 3 star rating for “ship time” was at no fault of mine. I ship my items day day or next day. I’m sorry the postal system took forever for you to receive your item. When rating sellers plz keep in mind we have absolutely no control over this.

@lisapn76 again I shipped your item the same day I CAN NOT CONTROL THE USPS SYSTEM. I also, emailed Poshmark letting them know the status of your order. Their email stated sometimes the system takes several days to scan depending on USPS & when they scan. That was beyond my control. Look at my average ship time. Your rating is simply not my fault. That hurts sellers like me who work full time, take care of kids, sick animals at the vet & I STILL made sure to ship out your item.

@lisapn76 I emailed Poshmark support tickets 3 times asking why tracking didn’t show up. I did not have any messages from you. USPS just gave me the run around “it will update at next destination” I do hope you see this bc it would mean a lot to me for you to update your rating bc it was honestly not my fault. I can upload a listing of all correspondence if you’d like. That’s how seriously I take my buyers, as a seller. 💖
