ilovecw Hi! I had somebody contact me about poshers selling the fake AirPods. They actually are using real Apple serial numbers, but those serial numbers are not the serial numbers for The items they are portraying. It’s sick! lisagreenleaf @ilovecw Hi, and thank you! I am a bit disappointed at how Poshmark is handling. I didn’t accept, and wrote support on day 3. The funds were released to the seller on day 4. I wrote Cust support again. The best they would do for me is a $60 credit, no mention of taking action on the seller. SO frustrating. Now I’m gunshy on anything large ticket 😒

ilovecw @lisagreenleaf oh no!!!! I contacted them before the seller ever shipped, and poshmark refunded me Immediately and removed all her non clothing items. They contacted her and told her they were doing that. The next day, she added the AirPods back.

ilovecw @lisagreenleaf I do remember the seller commenting that if somebody is not happy with their AirPods, she will refund. Did you try that??? I’m with you, I won’t purchase any high ticket items, especially anything non clothing. I sure hope it works out for you. I absolutely love my AirPod pros. I bought them from amazon for $219.00. 🍁

lisagreenleaf @ilovecw I did buy some from Amazon myself, and I love them too. My biggest problem was that I was away out of state when they arrived. I didn’t know you could contact, it didn’t even occur to me to contact customer service before they arrived because I didn’t really have any proof until I had them and could check the serial number. The seller tried to say they were refurbished. They were definitely not refurbished.

lisagreenleaf @ilovecw They were knock offs. When you go to the sellers closet now there are no listings. I did share all of this with customer support. They did give me a $60 credit which is roughly half of what I spent. Still an expensive lesson 😩. I really appreciate that you tried to help me!
