gadjac I apologize for the inconvenience but truly it was not like that prior to shipping. It’s still an excellent condition bag and I paid $1400 for it and never used it once. You can see from the pics it’s in otherwise great condition. However, you may certainly decide to cancel the order and no worries on my part. I just wanted to reach out to you about the order. kristta12kristy @lisamturnage hi, I’m selling 60 for a cheaper price than the 55 is because I bought it cheaper than the 55. Also the strap show minor flaws versus the other strap doesn’t have many flaws. Honestly, the 60 is more popular and more expensive bec. It’s bigger in size. Thanks
