PLEASE see if you can cancel from your end, as Posh sends out a pre-paid shipping label once an item is purchased. I looked up how to cancel a sell, and it looks like the sale is binding on my part . I don't want it to appear that I am not following through on a sale.

You might be able to contact Posh to see if there are exceptions....I am fairly new on here so I looked it up. It states that the sale is binding on my end, as they have sent out a pre-paid shipping label. I am heading out now but will check back this afternoon.

I would suggest sharing your closet at least 3 times a day to give your items exposure,following others and sharing their items helps you get followers and exposure as well. Hi...unfortunately, the polo sweater is 2 small....it was prewashed instead of being dry cleaned and there4 it shrunk and the color faded....it now fits more like a med/lrg... sorry 4 any inconvenience I may have caused u....happy poshing😇🙏🏽

Hi, I just alerted PoshMark that your package had shipped but was not yet tracking. I spoke with my postal worker and he said that it sometimes takes a day or so for items to show up as tracking, I will keep on top of this to make sure you receive your item or a full refund! Hope fully it will show as tracking soon!

@lisadaughtry Hi Lisa, the bundle that you bought from us weighs 19lbs, when I try to print the label it only goes up to 10lbs for a label so I don’t know how to get a label for your package. Do you have any suggestions?

I know we have been short staffed at our local office but 6 days is unusual. I will message you tomorrow with what I find out. Shipping has been delayed since this COVID mess and it’s not unusual for an item to take a few days more that normal to track. I’m going that is the case!
