lisatullo @vitalogy11 I'm sorry to hear that. The shoes were barely worn when I sold them and at the time you received them you were happy with the condition. I apologize, unfortunately there isn't anything I can do but now I know that brand (Connie) is not of great quality. I hope you enjoyed the other pair of shoes I sent you for free.
