Meet your Posher, Lisa

A lifelong slave to fashion with a cultivated taste for Euro-inspired designs, I wore artsy socks with my catholic school uniform in the 70s and launched my fashion autonomy in college with labels like Esprit de Corp and In-Wear. Studying abroad in London meant ditching a class or two to work in a boutique on the Kings' Road and discover bold yet endurung brands like Next, Soho, and Hobbs of Covent Garden, and catch Rod Stewart walking down the street one unseasonably warm spring day. Living in New Zealand for a couple of years brought on a feast of young and creative fashion lines from Down Under: Zoon, Karen Walker, Metalicus, and Lisa Ho. After a career in yoga and as a retailer of movement apparel where I followed the small Canadian entrepreneurs like Tonic, Cura, Karma and American pioneer, Blue Canoe, I am emerging in my latter years as a fan of designs by Rachel Comey, Lysse, Sezane, Ilse Jacobsen, and Henriette Steffensen.
