@lheyduk30 if you didn’t receive an item, even if shown as delivered by USPS, the proper protocol is to open a case with Poshmark. As a seller, I did my part. Your sweater was carefully packed, labeled, and dropped off in person at the post office. A rating of one star for something that is beyond my control, is a bit unjust.
