Hi Lisa. I’m writing re the Valentino suit. I JUST lowered it yesterday, & it is my final offer. It fits me, & honestly, I’ll just keep it vs lowering any further. It’s a steal @ current $- would be a GORGEOUS suit w/ pants cut to burmudas-I’m crazy for that look this season ✔️ or if you’re shorter than I (I’m 5-9”),

perhaps trousers work for you. Just the jkt is worth asking price- it’s so lovely & would pair beautifully w/ so many options. I purchased from a MAJOR auction house-& must get what I paid for-which at asking- I’ll barely do. I’m straight serious-we’re talking like $1-$2. It’s all too much work to go into red for 🤷🏼♀️ I’m sure you can understand.

I can get right out for you. When one considers what a new jkt goes for—& that this jkt alone is in near perfect condition (no visible flaws!) - AND that the suit is marked lowest on ALL platforms- I feel more than fair in my price. I think you’d be tickled w/ purchase- but if you choose to pass-I think I’ll remove listing & begin enjoying myself.

I don’t list many high-end pieces on POSHMARK due to the overall hesitancy to pay for what’s fair. I’ve been selling on this platform for almost 5 years; earlier the company did NOT encourage dropping prices every week, nor encouraging Buyers to expect a discount every time. I feel it’s becoming a GOODWILL store… It makes me very sad.

I offer really really nice clothes, packed lovingly, w/ a gift, to all of my clients. Luckily I hv a set of regulars who sorta keep me here 🤷🏼♀️ Mull it over. Yesterday discounted s/h was offered. I can’t offer that. That’s what I mean; Buyers expect Sellers to further add that-when often they’re only making a dollar or two! It’s just too hard! @annick100 I do understand. Mismatched pants sizing did not work and I had factored in major alteration. Im sorry you were offended, I honestly regretted offer. Most higher-end clothing I purchase requires tailor and cleaning that can triple the cost. Buyers also bear risk as items aren’t returnable like on other platforms. Black is difficult to evaluate from photos and I didn’t see material content tags which help for seasonality. I’m not the right buyer for this but it does look great on you!
