Hi there! I just saw your comment regarding the Hale Bob silk top & the problem you're having with how it arrived. I'm sorry to hear that happened with the tissue paper. It was not washed beforehand so I am unsure where the water must of come from! This makes me sad. I'm sorry for it not arriving in the great condition I promised. Let me know your thoughts on what we can do! Again, thank you for letting me know & I do apologize! ♥️

Hi. I took it to the dry cleaners to see if they can get it out. It's a large area so not wearable if the stain doesn't come out. I love the top!The reason that I thought it was washed was because it was slightly damp when I took it out of the envelop and you could see that the tissue paper had been wet. I saved the packaging. I wouldn't have thought that tissue paper could have caused this kind of stain but I searched on google and found that it can.
