@lisab1mm I see that you left a low rating for your purchase, however I don’t think you understand that the ratings are for the SELLER and not necessarily for the item. I never described this boot as having a zipper. In fact, by definition, a “Chelsea” boot does not have zippers, they have elastic. I also photographed this boot from every angle so you could see there’s no zippers prior to purchase.

If items are as described, shipped quickly, well packed, and these are in PERFECT, unused condition, then that should warrant a 5 star rating. I just wanted to explain the rating system so you don’t hurt other sellers on this app. Thanks.

@lisab1mm oh my gosh. Thank you so much! I’m sorry if my message was harsh. I was just so shocked and upset that you were disappointed. Honestly, the suede and elastic will start to give more with wear. It’s just that they’re still new so a bit stiff.

Welcome new Posher, whether you are going to buy, or sell I'll give you some advice. Make sure you share your own items to your followers frequently. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Posher's items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. I carry Coach, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, and Michael Kors in my closet and list more every day, I hope you'll stop by and take a look.
