Hey Lisa, I'm m9heart_soul and I've been concerned you haven't received tour Express skirt so I looked at the USPS tracking history and they apparently rerouted it twice in Chattanooga TN I mailed it at 10 a.m. morning after you ordered. I'm so sorry, this hasn't happened before, even to CA.
