jnichole78 @farmgal1001 yes your item is in your closet. At the bottom of your page you will see your posh name tap on that then you will see everything come up click on my closet and there you will see your item. When you make a sale, you will do the same thing only scroll down to my sales and at the bottom you can download your label, it’s also emailed however you want to do it. I’m here everyday and will help you anytime ok. You will never bother me hun ☺️

terri_patton Hi there -- I've been watching the tracking on that American Eagle Outfitters dress you ordered awhile back. I don't know what's going on there! I shipped it on April 6th -- more than 10 days ago! So sorry for the delay, I can only imagine the USPS is getting backed up. Hope you're well! Terri

farmgal1001 @terri_patton I started wondering too but I can tell you that the USPS is backed up very badly in packages. I know because I work there so no worries where I am concerned and I am patient. I ordered a few things and everything is slower than usual. Until the Country is back to normal you might want to let your buyers know that packages are up to 2 weeks late and you were told first hand (haha-wink). Thanks or reaching out.

terri_patton @farmgal1001 oh thanks for understanding! It is a weird time we’re in. Funny thing is that something I shipped on Monday was received yesterday (to Oregon, I think!). You just never know, but that is good advice, just so people aren’t too disappointed. Take care & be well!! 😊
