heat1169 hi Lisa, I'm so sad and sorry about this. Please know that it was an accident sending u the wrong size pants, and I am totally willing to send u the right size. All u have to do is submit a wrong item case, and Posh will supply us both with labels to correct my mistake. I'm also not sure why it took so long for u to receive your order, bcuz I shipped the same day! Again, I am truly sorry for my mistake and am more than willing to correct it for u.

lisa_gappa @heat1169 Thank you for your response. I figured it must have been a mistake. I did try to report the problem and choose "wrong item sent", but it isn't allowing me to do so. I haven't done many purchases, so I'm not really very familiar with the process. I just tried again. there is a place to reach out for support. I'm going to ask them and send them a screenshot of what you offered about making the switch. I'll see what they say.

lisa_gappa @heat1169 Hi! I felt badly about you having to send the XS leggings AND pay for shipping. so, I checked out your shop again and just bought the Chi flat iron. I figured, not only is that an extra sale for you, but also I thought if you put the leggings in that package, it will save you the shipping! I hope you see this before you pack up the flat iron. :)
