dealsbylala @hsboehle Hi! Thank you for reaching out. I do have a question. I purchased a pair of boots from someone. The outside of the boots looked great but as soon as I put my foot in them I noticed something was wrong with the shoes. Its like the inside sole is screwed up. Definitely not wearable. I can’t take pics of the inside because my camera doesn’t fit and even if it did I don’t know if you would see it. I would just trash them if they weren’t $50. Do you have any advice?

hsboehle @lisadworak Yikes- how disheartening! Unfortunately, if you’re outside of the three day acceptance window there is little you can do about it, although it might be worth contacting Poshmark’s customer support just to see. I’d guess the seller likely didn’t know either, but you always have the option of editing your rating on any of your purchases even after accepting them.

hsboehle @lisadworak Moving forward, my best advice would be to try on or carefully check over purchases right away when you receive them so you can report any problems right away. Sometimes even the best sellers will miss small flaws despite the best intentions. You could also try to resell the shoes (note the flaw of course). Someone might still like them and be interested in trying to fix the problem. That may at least help you recover part of your investment in them!
