clynnsells Hello. Thanks for the offer on the blue khaki shorts. During the preparation phase, I realized there is an area on the left short pant appears chalky. So for that reason I have to decline the offer, bc I don't want to sell a product with a mark that wasn't disclosed beforehand. Hopefully you'll be back to shop soon. -Clynnsells

sboss87 Hi Lisa I'm a little new to Poshmark and not sure how to message privately. I think you may have accidentally sent me the wrong paua bracelet. The one I ordered had one round piece in the middle with a somewhat Celtic design around it and an open back, the one I received today has multiple rectangular inlays with a top catch.

phonelady1279 You are correct. I am so very sorry for the mix up. I didn't realize I had 2 posted & when I saw the picture, I didn't enlarge it and believed I had sent you the one you purchased. I am embarrassed. I looked in my Poshmark Jewelry box & didn't see the one you purchased. Don't know what happened to it. I asked Poshmark what to do in this case. If I found it, I would've sent out ASAP but unfortunately, it wasn't there. What can I do to correct situation where you'll be happy? Sorry

sboss87 @phonelady1279 I completely understand mixups happen and im not upset. Im hoping you might find that one somewhere and id still love to have it if you do. At this point poshmark has sent me a shipping label to return it, im printing it now & heading to the post office to get it mailed back to you. Sorry I didnt respond sooner, its been a busy & hectic week.
