Hey Lisa! I’m so sorry the zipper broke... if you’re able to open a case for a refund, I’d be happy to comment on the case and approve. Typically I believe Poshmark won’t allow a refund if you’ve already rated an item, but if you message them I’d be happy to let them know I agree to it.

@kristin_cauthon I'm not sure what I did. I emailed their support team and included a picture. The zipper is completely off on one side so you can't zip it at all.😕
