Hi! I'm Lisa. Some of my favorite brands are Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and Gucci. Some items in my closet are NWT and some aren’t. Please understand only new items are marked NWT. I’ve read many posts on Poshmark about buyers wanting new merchandise even when items aren’t marked as such. Take your time and know that my items are as described. I got two sample size lotion and one sample size hand sanitizer. I ordered and paid for hot rollers. I have photos of that plus the shipping label but I’m not sure how to post them to this message.

Oh no!!! That’s my error. I must have sent you the other order. I mailed two on the same day. I’ll reach out to Poshmark and see how to address it. I do apologize. I assure you it was a mistake. That explains why you did not get them. I’m hoping to hear from the buyer of the Bath and Body Works products. Please don’t use them because you will have to exchange them for the rollers I think.

Over the weekend I explained the accidental switch and hopefully I’ll hear back right away. I am truly sorry. I’ve sold so many items and I’ve never done this before.

@dgm_aldridge1 Just heard back. They’d like you to contact them to explain the situation and they will assist you with the return. The other buyer will need to do the same so you will each be sent the right items. Just be sure to let them know that I reached out too and let you know how to proceed.
