jada1129 Hi, you purchased the free people trench coat a few days ago. While packing it up I noticed that the middle snap is missing from the coat. I don’t want to sell it to you this way so I’m going to have to cancel the order. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. This was an oversight on my part.
