3bearswear I accepted these before opening because I TOOK YOUR WORD FOR IT when you said "No. If I wouldn't buy it, I wouldn't sell it." after I asked if there were any holes/snags, etc. I collected my mail after returning home today, and opened your pkg immediately. The Polo joggers have a nickel sz HOLE, along w/ a small hole!!! 😯 😢 Polo shirt has glue (not certain what it is?) on the back!!! 😲 😡

lmychelle7 @3bearswear I apologize for the pants, I did notice the snag when I was packaging them and tried to make it right by putting an extra pair of pant in. And I am not sure which of the three shirts has the issue, BUT I am sure we can resolve it 🤗 I don’t know about any return policy Poshmark have but I will do a little research to see what I can do. I will 100% give you your money back if you are unhappy with those two items NO WORRIES!

3bearswear @lmychelle7 I'm sorry, but it is much more than a snag!! I actually went back and looked at it this morning, and the hole is bigger than a nickel. Yes it has threads throughout it like how genes we're down, but it is a huge hole, followed by three other little holes. I see the extra pants. Unfortunately my son hates jeans, which is why I was excited to find nice joggers for him. No return can be done once I accepted the pkg.

3bearswear There was not a note specifying that's what the jeans were for, which would have been nice. You not appeared to not recognize the problem, and that is part of my issue here. You had said nothing about the holes in the pants. I appreciate you adding an extra item, but like I said, he will not wear jeans.

3bearswear @lmychelle7 That's silly. Poshmark will deduct 20% so it will cost you that, plus the amount I paid, plus $7 to ship. A refund thru P. P. for the joggers would be acceptable since you know they were grossly misrepresented. I can provide pictures of the plaid shirt if you want and you could add $5 to ship it back to you,along with the jeans.

3bearswear Or, you could give me a $3 partial refund for the shirt instead which would make me happier because it's the whole reason for the entire order. Remember how I said my son loves orange? Well, that shirt prompted me to look through your closet when you did a price drop.

3bearswear @lmychelle7 Hi Lisa, I see you purchased the joggers back, and I will get them shipped back ASAP. Thank you again for making the situation right!!! I would've liked to get a partial refund on the shirt, but you wanted the shirt back instead. At that point I chose to keep it. Given the nature of the stains location, and how much my son and bonus son like orange, it was the best thing for us to do. Sincerely, Anjelah
