lstamper13 Please file a problem and inquiry and return the Vera Bradley ID holder. This was purchased from Vera Bradley and in the years I have been selling on Poshmark, have never gotten a 1 rating, especially on a brand new item. I will refund the money and Poshmark will send you a return label to mail back.

lisapgibson1 @lstamper13 I'm sorry I had to give a 1...but the zipper was not attached at end...the stitching had come loose. I got it today and was disappointed. And compared to my other cardholder it was poor quality, material and all. So, do you want me to send it back? It's almost too much effort for the amount. If you want I can delete the rating all together. I don't really care. I was just truthful. If I had it in my hand, felt material and saw the differences...I would never have purchased.

lisapgibson1 @lstamper13 I will try to remove the rating but in the future definitely check thoroughly what you send out. All I had to do was open it and see the zipper was not fixed to the material properly.

lstamper13 @lisapgibson1 I sent a brand new item that I purchased at Vera Bradley, of it is damaged, they will return it since it’s brand new. I have sold hundreds of items and have been selling for years with Poshmark. I have no problem with truthfulness. That’s why I said return the item. If it’s damaged then I will refund the money and The return will be paid for.
