lpetitesboutiqu @itsmeallecia As for the shipping, the first time you placed the order, I had a flare-up and my hands were paralyzed {condition I was born with}. The second time, I shipped on the 3rd day. If it took a long time after that I'm sorry but during this pandemic and/or situations like the fire's that have been happening here in California, some shipments are taking longer than others. My problem was that I almost cancelled for the 2nd time because you promise that you would send them the next day but instead shipped them 3 days later.

itsmeallecia @lpetites I am a person of my word so when I stand by it, I mean it, Hence the low ratings. Yes life happens but I think that you should be transparent with your shoppers and not say that you will do something that you know you can’t do. Thanks again for your business. FYI.... I ordered 3 other items that came from California and every one except you responded immediately and shipped the next day. Even during COVId I received my packages with 3 days from California.
