I have contacted Poshmark regarding my issue, as far as I know they will stand behind the money if the package is lost or whatever the case may be. I would suggest screenshotting the shipping comments and reporting the problem and sending the screenshot of the attempts to deliver to Poshmark to cover yourself... that’s what I’ve done

bfashun Receipt of ever receiving. I think this person is hiding behind a fake troll page and scouting for expensive brands and maybe even using a stolen credit card or payment account just to purchase and get our items shipped to an address and picking up the items but not confirming receipt. Posh Mark needs to do better with recognizing “Fraud”!!!!!

kimmihoward1972 @bfashun I know that if your is showing pending acceptance, Poshmark will automatically release your funds on the 4th day regardless if she accepts or not. However in my case mine is being held at the post office as undeliverable, I’m not sure what’s gonna happen with mine. I’ve never encountered this problem

TY ❤️ As did your package if it’s undeliverable the Post office will return to sender of you can contact that Postal location and put a stop on re-delivery and ask that it be returned to sender (You)! . Providing proof with your receipt you can even process the request online at USPS.com or with whatever carrier you used.

The only thing that I can think of is that they may suspect someone other than me is charging on my card and froze it!🤔 Sorry, I can assure you that I have the funds to pay for all of the items I’ve ordered.. fccandles @lisazpod mine was eventually ‘accepted ‘ by Posh... in essence you the buyer have 3 days to ‘accept’ .Now...that’s assuming it’s actually been delivered. If the Post Office cannot deliver then posh doesn’t consider that delivered and the money NEVER gets released to the seller 😮 make sense? Then rate...and leave a love note ( always in fashion 🤣🤣)) Hope that helps😊
