daviese89 Poshmark support and I tried contacting you multiple times about the shoes that were accidentally shipped. I left a note the day of explaining my mistake. I also reached out to support and they tried contacting you multiple times. All you need to do is respond to Poshmark. They will get you a label to return the shoes and get the correct ones. You are not stuck and did not need to leave a negative review. We’re trying to fix the error, however, my hands are tied until you respond to support.

ladymeils @daviese89 I received no messages that I can find. I was out of town when the shoes arrived last Monday. When I opened the box Thursday I got on the Poshmark app. It was barely over the 72 hr point. My choices were limited. I reached out to Poshmark twice, & got nothing. I purchase on other sites regularly. I am very disappointed with Poshmark’s customer service. I will try to find all these messages again with the message from Poshmark.

ladymeils I did find your message. I am stuck since Poshmark will not respond to my messages. I am not in the habit of leaving negative feedback, but I did not receive what I paid for. How would you feel?

daviese89 @ladymeils Honestly, I’ve had an issue not getting what was listed. If a seller was trying to make it right, I would wait to leave a review. It just caught me by surprise since I’ve been doing everything I can to fix it. People make mistakes, it wasn’t intentional and it seems it just was amplified by unlucky timing of arrival and the 72 hour window 😕. Regardless, hopefully Poshmark will get you the return label so you can get the shoes you did want since I’ve also sent them a note this morning.

ladymeils @daviese89 Poshmark finally reached out to me on 07/10/2019, 6 days later. The email came AFTER I spent $10.40 to return shoes. The tracking number is 9505510967019191096818. Poshmark refunded my purchase cost, so I am just out the money for the return. I have a lot going on right now caring for my mom. All I wanted was purchase shoes for an upcoming wedding. I guess I will wait & see how long Poshmark takes for shipping refund. I just want this to be over.

daviese89 @ladymeils You should never have had to pay to ship them back! Poshmark should have sent you a free label. When is the wedding? If you want, I can just ship you the right shoes. I do leave for vacation tomorrow until the 20th so it would have to be today.

ladymeils @daviese89 I decided to send the shoes back. At that time, I had not heard from Poshmark. I went to the post office in the morning & received the email from Poshmark with the shipping label attached in the afternoon. I could hardly believe it. I had given up on them. I messaged Poshmark stating that I had sent the shoes back. I also provided the tracking number. No response. The wedding is in a couple of months. Would I purchase shoes through Poshmark again? I hope you have a great vacation!!!

daviese89 @ladymeils I am back from vacation. I hope Poshmark refunded you. I posted the shoes again. You can offer me $1 for them and I’ll accept it, so it’s basically just the cost of shipping. I can mail them out today or tomorrow. If I don’t hear before then?m, it will have to be next week. If Poshmark never refunded your shipping costs, let me know via email: Davies.emilyj@gmail.com. If you’re not interested anymore, that’s fine and I’ll stop commenting!

ladymeils @daviese89 I did not get a refund from Poshmark. I am not surprised. I reached out to them but heard nothing. Thank you for your offer on the shoes. I could not offer $1.00 as the system would not let me. The minimum was $3.00, so that is what I offered. I hope you had a great vacation.
