bellothings Your item was shipped days ago. I went to the USPS to check why it was not tracking & they stated there was a delay but will be delivered. I am sorry for any inconvenience. It is also posted on their website.

bellothings @lisagrady580 Sorry for the delayed response. I took vacation because we are very busy @ work. I would callthem & see what they say. Those bags are expensive & they should provide the proper bag. I have sold about 4 of the Katies, if not more and they did have a snug fit.
