bellothings Your item was shipped days ago. I went to the USPS to check why it was not tracking & they stated there was a delay but will be delivered. I am sorry for any inconvenience. It is also posted on their website.

bellothings @lisagrady580 It is finally out for delivery!! 🤗🤗 They did not give any information when it would have arrived. All the packages going out of Miami are over a week late. Sorry for the inconvenience.

bellothings @lisagrady580 What?! No, that is the dust bag that came w the purse. I have a Katie and it is a snug fit but not to bend the bag. This is a brand new bag😥

bellothings @lisagrady580 For all my Brahmin I even spend $ on that wrap so they don't get scratched. Once again, let me know how I can help. If you want to contact the company I understand. bellothings @lisagrady580 Sorry for the delayed response. I took vacation because we are very busy @ work. I would callthem & see what they say. Those bags are expensive & they should provide the proper bag. I have sold about 4 of the Katies, if not more and they did have a snug fit.
