mc_wear_4u I’m sorry you felt the need to leave one star for your new dress. I’m only human and tried to accommodate you with another pair of black pants but you declined working with me which was why I refunded you. I’m A mother of four kids, and make mistakes and am Not perfect. I would hope you would have had more compassion during these trying times. 😕

lisaleindecker @mc_wear_4u the human thing would have been to offer a discount on either the item or shipping due to YOUR mistake. Instead you offered me a pair of purple pants that only a clown would wear & a bunch of others that weren't even my size. I found nothing else I would have liked, why should I buy something that I'm never going to wear due to your mistake? I stand by my review of your customer service. We are all going through trying times & that has nothing to do with good customer service.
