jdp1978 Hi. I’m Jennifer. The jacket is definitely new, and looks great. It has all the tags attached. As far as I know it is true to size, however I do not have children. I can send you the measurements if you would like. I do not have cats. I do have two dogs, a Yorkshire terrier and a toy poodle.

jdp1978 Neither of them shed. I am also allergic to cats. The jackets are stored with a plastic sack over them. The same way they came from the distributor. I will mail it like that. I think you will be very happy with your purchase. Let me know if you want measurements and I will get them to you this evening. Jennifer
