angelaaustin26 Lisa! oh my, we have a situation. Got labels mixed up and you are receiving a jacket. The other buyer received Jeans. The other buyer has informed me she is disabled in a wheel chair with 1 leg so would not beable to send the jeans back but would like the jacket still if possible. I have opened a case with Posh already- trying to figure out the best way to resolve. Im so sorry.🤦‍♀️

angelaaustin26 @bend4515 Thanks Lisa I appreciate you being so nice! So I received an email from Posh stating they were sending labels for you to ship the product to the correct person. Also sent other buyer a new label as well. The issue is that the other buyer is not able to send the Jeans back at all. So you will need to open a case on your end to get a full refund. Let me know how I can help and want to defintely know the out come. Again So sorry for the mess up. Totally my fault.

bend4515 @angelaaustin26 hi! It’s ok, it was just a mistake. I guess what I do not understand is why the other buyer cannot just put the new label on the package and put it in her mailbox with the flag up. If you can get a package, why can’t you send it back? 😊. I will send back the package as soon as I receive it. Thank you for communicating so well.
