Hi, the other day you purchased an Apt 9 sweater from me. While I normally ship same day or next day, I haven't shipped yours yet. That is because when I went to package the sweater you ordered, the neck piece was not there. I have been busy looking for it, but have not found it yet. So I wanted to give you some options.
