Tops: pit to pit, shoulders (measured from top of arm hole across), length of the body and sleeve length (shoulder seam to cuff hem).

piggyann1960 It's extremely important to add as much information about the item in your description as you can. Bright, well lit pictures as well. Measurements of pants laying flat: waist, inseam (crotch to hem), hips and overall length (waist to hem). If you'll take a little time and read a few of my descriptions and others as well, you'll get some ideas.
