hc990 I was packing your shirt for shipment and just noticed some things which I had not noticed before. there is some fading on the back of the collar where it folds and down the front where it folds next to buttonholes. do you still want it? if not I can cancel. I should probably just donate this shirt. I hate for you to pay shipping on it. if it weren't for shipping and posh fees (equal to $10 together) I would just give it to you. let me know what to do.

bigredbrit @nalaramie Hi Lisa, I just realized I shipped the wrong hat to you😲😟! (I have to brown hats that are similar🙄. I hv just notified Poshmark that I shipped the wrong hat also. I believe they will be notifying you as well. Not sure what the process is for exchanging the hat. But I will keep you posted.

bigredbrit @nalaramie Thank you, and YES I will be sending the correct hat! I am so SORRY to inconvenience you with this issue. I am going to try & reimburse you for the shipping cost for my error. In the mean time, Posh has communicated with me and are asking that the customer "open a formal request to return this item".

nalaramie @bigredbrit they have received the return request and said they are reviewing it and will send the return label. Hopefully today! I’ll keep you updated.

nalaramie @bigredbrit I think what will happen is Poshmark will approve the wrong item sent and a return label will be sent to me. After that the purchase will be cancelled. I think it’ll have to be listed again, so at that point just let me know so I can repurchase it. But I’m not 100% sure. I’ll send you a snip it of what I received.

nalaramie Just got the return label. Shall mail it out in the morning. How do you want to do the other hat? I guess post it and I'll buy it again....lol. It was for $21.00. Let me know when it's posted so no one else will get it before I do.
