barbiern20 @lroscher I understand. I'm in Pittsburgh. I'm retired nurse from the hospital but work 2 nights a week in a home with a ventilated dependent child. Hes 8 1/2 . I've been with him almost 4years now. His family is awesome. The adopted him.

lroscher @barbiern20 funny, I too am a nurse, a nurse practitioner. I work with strictly overweight and obese patients. My role is to prescribe weight loss medications but to also motivate and to work with them to lose weight. Many of my patients have lost significant weight many have gained thanks to COVID. Sometimes it is rewarding and sometimes I think working a Walmart looks good.
