Hi Lisa, I wrapped & took your package to the Post Office yesterday, then saw I missed the priority pickup by half an hour, oh no! My apologies. We’re nearly in evacuation mode where I live, so I’m busy packing & cleaning, so many fires nearby! The air is like fog. So I gave it another try today and I experienced another problem where even though I would set the heat at MAX, it would keep changing back to LOW. It was fully charged.
