d_more Lisa the watch has a movement issue. I took it to a jewelry who said it could cost over 100 to fix. As it is not just a battery it needs, I am requesting to return the watch. This is why I wanted a battery installed to prove it was working before I purchased. Sorry because I love it!

lisag720 @d_more I’m so sorry that happened. The watch was only worn once so I am surprised your jeweler said that. It’s basically brand new. I will take it back for sure or Poshmark can take a look at it before if they’d like too. Again, sorry that happened. I will send it back to Michele if that the case. Stay safe and healthy.

d_more @lisag720 Lisa I took the watch to another jeweler because I really want it! I told them what the other jeweler told me and he opened it up and took the battery out and cleans it and tested it and sure enough it worked! He said sometimes they developed a film around the battery and when you clean them it works! I will keep the watch. So happy it works now! I will accept and not return!
