drhorsedentist Hi Kelly, Thank you for the nice message. I have one question regarding Poshmark. I noticed when I joined, through Facebook, I suddenly had a lot of people following me. Are the people that are following me able to see my Facebook page? I have privacy settings on my FB page for only friends. Thank you!

drhorsedentist @jackrussell33 I had someone make a comment on a listing and she asked for more pictures and for me to contact her through her email. This is my first time selling items and I think this person is scamming me or wanting to purchase something without using Poshmark. What do i do?

drhorsedentist @mcgreeveyct, thank you. I was planning on putting an inquiry in with USPS. Detroit is horrible. I have something I ordered from another company and the tracking shows that it is in Detroit. Last time I had a problem with something going through Detroit it showed up after I filed a complaint with USPS. I will do that again.

drhorsedentist I received a call from my local post office and he said that the packaging was damaged during shipment. He said that if was at a little post office, someone would just tape it up, but since it is at Detroit USPS terminal, it has been sent to another department for the package to be repaired. He did say that he contacted the Detroit USPS and told them my address so that it doesn't get lost. He said it may take another week.

holyschnikes_ky @drhorsedentist hello again! Did you ever receive the package? The update said something about the package being damaged but the case is closed. I sent Poshmark a message about it last week and will follow up again today.

drhorsedentist @mcgreeveyct , no I never received it. The postmaster had me describe it because it was separated from the package in Detroit. I also sent a pucture of it from the listing. Poshmark cancelled the order and refunded the money. I wish it would have come because it looked really nice. How do they handle it for you? Do you still get paid? Does the USPS have to pay for it?

holyschnikes_ky @drhorsedentist it’s disappointing - third time it has happened to me. Poshmark is great about it because they also give the seller their funds. I hope they get something from the Post Office. Sorry it didn’t work out!

drhorsedentist @mcgreeveyct, I'm glad that they pay you, since the postal service is at fault. That is horrible that this is the 3rd time it has happened to you. Hopefully it won't happen again.
