probonobasics @tough2sweet I had Lisa claim purchase of close to a DOZEN items that I never sold her & flaming she never received them; half the items had already sold to other buyers & I screenshotted & listed the proof. the other half of the items never even existed! she then opened a case claiming missing parcel when USPS updated they delivered the parcel. mind u this is AFTER messaging me her opinion of the items in the bundle that she was now trying to get fully refunded for!
