ruthieeee13 Hi Lisa, I’m selling the J Crew Heels you bought and when I was cleaning them they got stained. I apologize for the inconvenience. It got stained on the sole not the outside of the shoe. I can update a photo so you can see, but I can cancel the order if you don’t want it or I can relist it and give 5 dollars off.
