johnboi777 Hi Lisa, I just wanted to let you know I didn't put any lotion or conditioner on the boot. I used a filter on the cover picture and now I realize why I shouldn't. Apologies, it was not meant to deceive. I thought they looked good with the filter is all. I'm sorry...nice pair of boots though.

funwithleather Good morning- your boots should arrive today & I’m not 100% certain that I removed the insoles before I sent them- if they’re tight when you try them on you might have to fish out the felt insoles. They’re not the least bit dirty- I only wore those once for a few hours… sorry about the oversight. I hope you love them & thanks. Lisa
