I wanted to keep you posted on your Juicy bag. I recycle boxes from all my neighbors. They always remove the old label or black them out. The box I used to ship your bag still had the old label on the back and I missed it plus it wasn’t blacked out. Your bag was sent to my neighbor who gave me the box. I am so sorry because it is delaying your bag.

Hey..I purchased the Jade and Black cord necklace..tracking says it is being held at our local post office ‘per customer request’. Did you request that? I was expecting it to be delivered to my house.
