purplebuttons @immari_b I had about 2 wks notice b4 my Father passed so, I got to say to him things most people don't get to and vice versa. My Mother,she grieved for my father and in a month became deathly ill. All of a sudden her kidneys just started rapidly shutting down. She past. So again I got to be with her. I am sorry it happened so suddenly for you. Keep you in my prayers .

purplebuttons @immari_b well, do you know who you sent it through and about when. That might help. I have done that and I would just call the company and answer their questions. They then found it and issued me a tracking number.
