@rusty8290 hi! Thank you for buying the necklace from my closet! Unfortunately I think there has been a mix up. I think you will be getting someone’s shoes instead of your necklace! I’m not sure how this mix up happened. I had four small grandchildren in my shipping room at the time and I assume that’s what happened. I’m so sorry. I will get your correct item out first thing Monday. Could you please return to sender so that there isn’t a charge to ship it back to me?

@rusty8290 hey I did NOT get your messages because I am just now seeing you didn’t tag me. I have no way in the world to know that you sent me a message unless you tag me. I had to,d you I was aware of the mix up and would be nothing but happy to fix it however. I found blue but yes I have the lotus clip. You can have that if you want it. I was planning to send you free items too but looks like you are mad bc I didn’t get the messages.

I thought I replied and said I was looking for blue but I didn’t and I’m sorry. I will glad,y refund you please just send the shoes back posh will send you a label.

@rusty8290 I got the shoes back today I was hoping that you would have just left it as it was when I shipped with the gifts I had put inside for the buyer of the shoes. I see posh has resolved the case I don’t see anything else for me to do I hope you got the refund and enjoy the free gifts. I am sorry this transaction went sideways I have truly been under so much stress with the death and my health I made a mistake and I do sincerely apologize.

considering the mistake was made by sending the wrong item to me to start with could it be that this ao called other gifts didnt get put in.
