gingersnapschi @kromerov Yes. The email indicates where the item was supposed to be shipped. However, it does not indicate that the item was actually delivered to that address. That information can be gathered from your shipping records.

kromerov @gingersnapschi no, there is tracking information that says your item is in transit and gives you the usps tracking. I dont have that because I printed the label and shipped so I dont keep the labels with the tracking. I submitted a inquiry to poshmark to let them know you did not receive the item. you need to contact them and submit a claim. so dissapointed it did not get there! I even dry cleaned it and wrapped in plastic so it remains neat.

kromerov @gingersnapschi If the address was correct then it should be there. Please check your email look for order"5f8a8e979bd5effac39bd1dc" they send you the tracking. I dont have it because I just cleaned my 2000 emails in my inbox and delete all emails that I thought were not relevant as the sale was closed. Standard is to notify poshmark within 3 days that the package did not arrive on the date, so that they help you to locate the package or they refund you, in case of defective you return it

gingersnapschi BTW, I did check for the three day notification. I was surprised that Poshmark did not ask for that response with your shipment. I’ll inquire with support along with the tracking of the item.
