tayjfour Hi Lisa, I’m so sorry that you aren’t happy with the bag. I looked back through my pictures and can see that there were no picture of the handles, and while it is written in the description that it was worn and loved, I can see that the description does not depict wear on the handles. I truly am sorry for any inconvenience and will be more careful in this regard. I’m still learning this process and it was not intentional. My goal is to make people happy and sell items that bring happiness.

Any size indicated on any tag is not to be assumed correct- Measurements. That’s why we always photograph the actual item showing the actual measurements

aredhousebuy Very sorry that you did not see the photos of the measurements and you’re unhappy with the fit of the item- Next time find an item you already own that fits you well- measure it. Then compare it with the measurements of the item you will be purchasing online. The seller doesn’t post measurements ask them to do so.
