ambarabella86 @montezbtq No, you deleted a listing where you tried to sell her a Louis Vuitton Palm springs backpack for $500 which is unheard of! You took advantage of her because you had her do it outside POSHMARK and do another app. Transactions off Poshmark is against poshmark's policies. Give her back her money, and everything will be resolved. for the future, do not solicit customers to buy outside Poshmark!

ambarabella86 @blessedbe169 You are a good customer, I sold to you in the past. This person had you by outside Poshmark because it would have went through Poshmark concierge. All items over $500 go through an authentication process. You cannot get an authentic Louis Vuitton Palm springs for $500. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The fact that she wanted you to do it outside of Poshmark is a huge red flag, never buy from sellers outside the Posh site for your protection!

I will be gladly buy from Amber even if it’s a little bit higher because I know I get what I’m paying for and Amber ships fast . I never had any issue with Poshmark on here or another app I sell for . I just asked Amber to look at your profile to see what’s up , but you’re trying to sell me $500 then you deleted the listing which is weird to me . You can just marked it as sold on here Something isn’t adding up

ambarabella86 @montezbtq on Poshmark, we take care of each other. If it's innocent than great, return her money and sell it through the poshmark app. It will be Authenticated by Poshmark and ship to her from their team. If it's not, then now you know.

ambarabella86 @blessedbe169 She deleted it because she didn't want anyone seeing she's doing off-site transactions. Not only that, if it's genuine bag, then she can sell it to you on Poshmark and you'll get the free authentication and it will be shipped to you. If it's a fake, then it gets sent back to her. either way both of you are happy if she does it through Poshmark app. However, the fact that she's new, she's not wanting to give you a refund, and you have no way to prove the purchase now, it's a scam.

blessedbe169 @ambarabella86 yes but I contacted cash- app and explained the situation to them and waiting for them to reply to me with the refund or if they don’t I will called Bank of America in the morning and do a chargeback . You got an email give it to me I want to show you something . I do not scam no one I rate very fast and I’m still buying from time to time on here and I have two sellers I need to rate on here so I’m no scammer . Either the item accurately or the money back either one .

Since she is in California they will get one of the detective to do the search . They gave me the information to provide to the bank thank you love yes I’m hanging in there 🙏. God is good

ambarabella86 @blessedbe169 It is unfortunately a scam. She was using these apps to deceive people and take their money with no intention of shipping. Remember, if it's too good to be true it is. What the person didn't understand is that everybody has a digital footprint, so they will trace the account/s. People who steal can face steep penalties and or jail. It's considered theft when someone takes money and doesn't give it back or provide the product.

ambarabella86 @blessedbe169 Your bank will investigate the fraud and provide a refund since it's considered fraud when someone deceives a buyer, takes their money, doesn't provide Shipping tracking info, and or is selling replicas. It's a Federal crime to sell replicas and passing them off at Authentic. The FBI IC3 crime unit actually investigates all crimes of internet scams. File a report there too.

ambarabella86 @montezbtq Pls do the right thing and send her refund. Its easier just to give her the $500 back vs being investigated by a financial institution and police department. The FBI internet crime unit also takes all internet crimes seriously and tracks the charges even w a IP they can trace the person. DO THE RIGHT thing and provide all the people you unlawfully took their money back their funds. It's cheaper to refund them then face possible charges. It's considered grand theft!
