fashnminx Hello. I saw you received your purchase and left notes that the transaction could be improved. As a seller I am always open to feedback and want all sales to be 100% satisfaction. You noted item cleanliness and packaging as problematic. May I ask how? The ornament was new, never opened and wrapped in bubble wrap. The two plushes were also brand new and did my best to wrap in tissue. Would you mind sharing more detail? I only ask to improve in the future. Thanks.
