@ljv2021 Hi! Congrats on starting your closet. You are correct, communication outside of Poshmark is against policy. Usually those who comment about sending an email or give you a phone number are scammers who want to wire you money and work outside the app meaning you would have no protection from Poshmark when an issue arises.
