lagar1415 hi I just wanted to reach out to you . I have been seeing the same USPS tracking msg about the item being delivered later than expected. Items I sent out days after yours have already been received by the buyer so this situation is alarming. This is covered by USPS insurance so pls be sure to raise an issue about the delay. decoteaurose77 @lagar1415 I talked to USPS they said to contact sender to file a claim. I do not have the information to file a lost order. I'm just really hoping to get this coat by Christmas for my daughter.

lagar1415 @decoteaurose77 I just saw your msg. A case was opened and it was closed by USPS. The case was closed and the package was put in the status of ' in transit'.The sender you have to file a claim against is Poshmark bc their shipping label is tracked after the seller drops it in the post office. If this package is lost USPS is the one that will reimburse Poshmark who will return your money and pay me as well for losing the jacket . I am still holding out hope though.🙏

lagar1415 @decoteaurose77 NP. I have had packages delivered and not received by the purchaser with Poshmark. Poshmark and USPS cover the loss but the item can't be replaced esp if it's one of a kind.

decoteaurose77 @lagar1415 How long do we wait? Can you help me with the steps to take if it doesn't show up? I've talked with my local post office and they have no idea where the package is and said to file a lost mail claim with USPS which I did.

lagar1415 @decoteaurose77 the lost mail claim was done in Atlanta Georgia on the 10th. so now it's waiting on them to say something about it. I will give it one more day and reach out to Poshmark support. You can go to the post office and make inquiries but Poshmark with it's internal tracking system alongside if USPS is better able to serve you. I normally reach out to Poshmark
