annloveshopping If you compare the RGB of red/orange to the bag, it is not orange by definition. Also, a brand may have a variety of materials (different leathers) used other than the ones you are familiar with. You can’t judge the material and authenticity by your eyes. How are you qualified to claim you know all Mulberry does ( and here it shows not)?

annloveshopping If you only presented to the biased customer service to get a refund and ignore response here, I do believe that you’re just arguing about the money not really about the item. In addition, if you’re willing to do scientific test of the material or a scientific valid comparison of the color with so-called “orange” you claim so definitely, I’m willing to cover the cost.
