mygrant486 @lbbeggs58 yes, it’s so overwhelming at times. Most of my items come from family, friends, or where thrifted. But majority where mine that I can no longer fit into nor have the space to keep.

lbbeggs58 @mygrant486 my items are either thrifted or from my very own closet. Do you have an organized system in your home that you use to keep track of things? I am continually reorganizing, I can’t imagine having double or triple the quantity that I currently have!

mygrant486 @lbbeggs58 I use closets currently, for example all jeans in one closet, sweaters in another. I have several clothing racks in my rooms for dresses, blazers, however they do take up more space. I also try to bag items as a list, but that gets expensive bc buyers often want to see an item in a different light, then I wind up wasting bags. I know that Amazon sells color tags and some people use.. like blue for jeans, red for dresses, and so on. They fit on top of hangers.

mygrant486 @lbbeggs58 also some number and bag every item they list.. and cross reference on a computer program you often see this in the listing.. a # like 23 is in bin 1. Like I said I tried that and for me is was too wasteful.. bagging everything that is listed. Luckily my son is away at college so I have more space.

lbbeggs58 @mygrant486 Wow!! That is a system! Right now, it is easier if I can actually see my items to easily locate them when they sell. I can’t imagine all my things in bags, plastic or paper. I do see the advantage of having them assigned a # and a bin # though. This system is something to think about. I guess if you have a huge inventory, you have to have some type of organized system for efficiency. I am always learning something new from everyone. What time is your show?
