maxwhsmith Be sure to review your purchase from this seller carefully. The shoes I received were listed as a men’s 9.5 in new condition without the box. They were actually a women’s 9.5 (men’s 8) in used condition. I mistakenly accepted the order prematurely, then messaged her twice but she didn’t respond.

polished_opal @maxwhsmith Dear sir, i'm sorry, your purchase was not up to your expectations. The size was clearly stated in the shoe. The shoes were definitely not worn. The pictures show that. The little black smudge on the side I'm sure it could be removed. You already accepted the item and there was nothing I could do from there. You can easily reposh these and profit. They were sold way under the true value.

maxwhsmith @polished_opal Definitely my fault for accepting the purchase without confirming it was the size in your post. And the shoes were scuffed on all sides. I didn’t ask for or expect a refund. I messaged you hoping you’d have an explanation, a remedy, an apology, or anything resembling accountability.

polished_opal @maxwhsmith i'm sorry you misunderstand Van's sizing system. Vans is unisex, when it comes to sizing. The shoes were not used and I stated the correct size. There was nothing to take accountability for. Google Van's sizing system.

maxwhsmith @polished_opal If you list a pair of shoes in the “men’s” category and describe them as “men’s 9.5” when they are actually women’s 9.5/men’s 8, and you don’t see why that causes confusion, you’re going to continue having unhappy customers. Unisex sizing does not mean what you think it does.
